Why Join Our Team?

Any job can be stressful; however, if you have a team of people you can rely on each day, it reduces the level of stress. We strive every day to keep lower teacher to child ratios than what the State of NH requires.

We have a director and co-director that are extremely supportive and help in any classroom when necessary. Built-in substitute teachers you might say. The director is also a working owner. She experiences the same things the teachers do so when assistance is needed in any situation, she is there by our side to help.

We work as a team throughout the school and get to know each other as friends. We make each other laugh and we’re there for one another. We are a true working family.

Most positions require a minimum of 9 ECE credits with 3 in child growth and development. Most positions are 40 hours per week. We offer competitive salaries based on education and experience.

If you are looking for longevity and being part of a working family, check out our job listings below. Apply today, we would love to speak with you.
